| 27/06/2008 President Michel Suleiman received Thursday a delegation representing the Loyalty to the Resistance parliamentary bloc headed by MP Mohamad Raad. Suleiman stressed "the Israeli enemy was the primary beneficiary of any crisis in Lebanon." He also underlined the importance of Lebanese solidarity in addressing the current political, economic and security crises.
“Whenever disagreements occur among the Lebanese, Israel feels satisfied that it has achieved its objectives,” the President added. He also said that "the national resistance” was “a source of strength for all of Lebanon," and that continuing dialogue among the Lebanese was crucial. |
